American Excelsior Company is actively seeking a 1st shift Fabrication/Molding associate to join our team. · We're a foam fabricator -- cutting, shaping, gluing, assembling, and packaging of specialty foam parts.

· No manufacturing or fabrication experience necessary!

· Experience in light construction or woodworking is a plus!

· If you have good attendance and basic math skills, we'd like to talk to you!

· Wage based on experience: entry level positions with no experience: $16.50; previous experience w/ skills up to $20.00

Newly hired individuals must have a Pre-Employment Physical, Drug & Alcohol Test, and Audiogram. Satisfactory test results are a condition of continued employment. After successful completion of the trial or probationary period, the employee must continue to meet the conditions of this job or be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination or removal from the position.

Compensation/Benefits: Starting wage is dependent upon experience $16.50 - 401k with Company Match- Access to Medical/Dental/Vision Plans coverage- Flexible Spending Accounts- Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Paid Vacation and Holidays.
