Doctor Janitorial Commercial Services provides commercial janitorial and cleaning maintenance services in Hillsborough County. We are known for providing cleaning services with the highest level of customer service to our clients in Tampa Bay.

As a company founded in 2020 at the start of the Global COVID-19 Pandemic, we have always been committed to the safety and cleanliness of the job sites we manage.

As a member of our team, you are responsible for general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitization, wiping surfaces, and trash removal. Interactions with clients and customers must be positive and professional. You must have reliable transportation as some travel is necessary. You must be 18 years of age to apply. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required for some job sites. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and proof of insurance is also required. Bonus pay is available to associates who work more than 20 hours per week.

You have your own smartphone that can connect to wifi and can receive texts and calls.
You don’t have any travel plans to leave Tampa within the next 6 months.
You have access to a consistent and reliable form of transportation.
You have a first job and you need a second source of income.
You show up on time to the shifts that are on your schedule.
You like to clean and you have amazing attention to detail.
You are kind and treat people with respect and honesty.
You are available to work at night and on Mondays, Wednesdays, and weekends.
You know how to get your assigned tasks down without being asked.

THIS IS WHO WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN:

People who call off work and need someone else to cover their shift.
People who do not have a consistent schedule every week.
People who do not currently live in Hillsborough County.
People who don’t need a job or who don’t want a job.
