Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce Direct Hire opportunities for Order Selectors (Stand-Up) at our Mount Juliet Warehouse. We are seeking experienced 3rd-shift Order Selectors (Hours 10:30pm-7:00am, Sunday through Thursday) that have driven stand-up order selectors (Raymond/Crown experience is helpful) and have experience using RF scanning devices to complete warehouse functions.

What You'll Do:
SUMMARY: Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse. Performs an array of functions that may include selecting and processing materials and cartons, picking and filling customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This position is responsible for operating and using industrial powered stand up order selector that are RF equipped to move materials throughout the Distribution Center and place product in designated areas.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle routine needs that arise in the shipping department
- Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies
- Inspect equipment, perform daily checklist, and communicate any deficiencies to supervision.
- Continually meet production efficiency levels
- Maintain quality of work (Accuracy is key)
- Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (flexibility is a must)
- Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time in order to comply with company attendance policy
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
PICKING
- Ability to operate order picker equipment and perform picking functions at heights up to 20 feet.
- Pick orders utilizing RF scanner, accurately counting, and completing transactions on the RF scanner (number of units required).
- Pack product into appropriately sized carton and stage/move cartons to the next pick zone or packing area.
- Prioritize orders based on instructions.
OTHER TASKS
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards
- Report any unsafe work conditions that might occur
- Ability to operate a Reach Truck is advantageous
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Conditions of Employment: Previous operation of a Stand-Up Order Selector
- Prefer 1 year previous experience operating a Stand-Up Order Selector
- The ability to work the 3rd shift work schedule: currently Sunday through Thursday 10:30PM to 7:00 AM CT. This position requires schedule flexibility, as dictated by business demand and available resources including overtime at times
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass required OSHA CERTIFIED Written Test
- Must be able to pass pre-employment basic aptitude driving test
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to count accurately and efficiently
