Position: 6 Months Temp HR Admin Assistant
Salary: $2,000 - $2,600 + OT
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 08.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding & off boarding process for employees
  • Coordinate & support interview arrangements
  • Maintain proper filing of HR records
  • Ensure data accuracy when inputting personnel records in HR systems
  • Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when neededRequirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Meticulous with a flair for details.
