Job Description

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping duties
  • Handles full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Maintain customer records regularly
  • Verifying the completeness of customer documents
  • Generate sales invoice
  • In-charge of data entry and ensure accuracy of data entry to system
  • Monitor AR and AP ageing and outstanding customer accounts
  • Prepare and send monthly Statement of Accounts
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned such as adminstration related duties


Requirements

  • Any relevant accounting / bookkeeping certifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MYOB account system
  • Meticulous, well organised, responsible and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commence work within short notice period
  • 5.5 day week (Alternate Sat) in Aljunied area
