We are expanding our sales team. Competitive compensation plan includes paid training, base pay, with commission plus bonus opportunity. On-target earnings for this role is expected to be $90K-$120K per year (Base+Monthly bonus). Our company is an ambitious group of about 50+ motivated professionals working together to build an excellent company. We are a fast-growing technology company with a close-knit team culture. The primary goals of this position are to meet sales goals, build the appropriate funnel for future customer acquisition, and ensure the ongoing success of the Doctible for all customers. This position has a high level of opportunity for growth and future advancement, and we are looking for a candidate with a high potential to grow within the company. You'll focus on closing new business for Doctible. Starting day 1, you'll receive hands-on professional sales training and learn the core skills needed to succeed long term. You'll learn about relationship building, Doctible's sales process, sales strategy, and more through our training program. The role will report to the Sr. Sales Manager and be engaged in the ongoing funnel and strategic discussions with them weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The position will be measured on the achievement of monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Responsibilities as a Strategic Sales Executive:

  • Driving new SaaS revenue through customer acquisition in designated key strategic accounts.
  • Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through the closing stage. Lead-Gen, Funnel Management, Daily Management – Weekly 1:1 Reviews with Sr. Sales Manager
  • Uncover new sales opportunities through cold calling and inbound campaigns and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients using a consultative approach
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements
  • Negotiate agreements and keep detailed records in our CRM
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets
  • Attend key industry and channel partner events

Requirements

  • Proven sales hunter and closer with 2 years in a SaaS selling environment
  • Self-driven to work remotely and practical time management skills
  • You're not afraid to fail, and you're always looking for ways to improve
  • Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn, grow and adapt as a consultative seller.
  • You're an excellent listener and can also be assertive, persistent, and persuasive
  • You are curious about people and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
  • You understand the importance of scripts and sales processes
  • A successful history of managing, nurturing, and growing a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Must have strong interpersonal relationship experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills: CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email systems

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
