ACCOUNT MANAGER DUARTE CA

1ST SHIFT: 7:30AM-4:30PM M-F OT required.

Pay Rate $22.00/hr.- $27.00. hr. DOE

Job description:

• Monitor finished goods for shipping twice per week and ensure pick up has been scheduled.
• Ensure filing of quotes and other sales related documentation is completed daily.
• Participate in events/trade shows where WPIA is exhibiting. Interface with potential customers and gather leads to develop new business.
• Visit with existing customers to increase sales and improve relationships.
• Asist with the house accounts (potential that are walk-ins and /or direct call-ins) by meeting with and quoting them directly.
• Participate and lead in GMP/Safety training.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have good communication skills
• knowledgeable to comprehend, read, and complete all required documentation.
• Must have the essential knowledge of computers: Microsoft programs such as outlook, excel and word.
• Demonstrate a polite, courteous, and helpful disposition.
• Maintains a customer service and quality focused environment.
• Strong people skills
