Account Manager/Inside Sales

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Learn to understand the company's business and industry, and foster and develop client relationships
- Pursue leads and close deals
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and accomplish all necessary front office tasks
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars, including clients, vendors, and staff meetings
- Distribute correspondence, accomplish clerical tasks, and direct messages to designated parties
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, proposals and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents such as emails, letters, database recording
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping support tasks for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles
- Data entry and extensive documentation in proprietary database
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a strong plus but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and 3+ years of office support experience is strongly preferred. Starting pay based on experience.
