Join KooBits - Limited Time Experience

• Basis: Part-time (Minimum 4 hours daily from Monday – Friday)
• Duration: Contract of 3 months (mid-Aug - mid-Nov)
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily revenue audit work
• Assist in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables duties
• Execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll etc
• Preparation and mailing of cheques
• Liaison with banks for daily operational matters
• Maintain timely and proper completion of administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
• Any other work that may be assigned
  

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Meticulous and organized
• Positive working attitude
