Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Job Descriptions
- To handle accounts and accounting records
- Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
- Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial and management reports for subsidiaries
- Consolidate reports and accounts
- Support audit and tax queries
- Manage customer and suppliers billing
- Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-date
Job Requirements
- Experienced in Accounting is a must
- Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage.
- Strong in analytical skills and meticulous
