Job description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations, and work closely with the line departments, and advising them on finance and procurement-related matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance operations
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function
- Assist in the preparation of the month-end reports
- Review staff expense claims
- Track and monitor Company’s budget utilisation and archiving of records
- Attend to requests or inquiries from external and internal stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Diploma/ Degree Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Independent and work under minimum supervision
- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
