Accounts Executive - Healthcare sector
6 months contract
Salary: $4000
5 days work week, 9am - 5.30pm
Location: Raffles City
Job Scope:
Prepare full set accounts (AR, AP, FA, GL, Inventory) for a single clinic entity using Accpac
Assist to review, analyze and reconciles financial data by collecting and analyzing monthly account information, balance sheet and expense schedule, key performance indicator reports etc for other entities
Assist to prepare tax schedule for tax report
Assist in external audit process– prepare and review audit schedules, prepare audit workings
Assist in monthly/quarterly internal audit process – prepare sample report, collate documents for internal control
Assist in Corporate secretarial matters– board resolutions, minutes
Assist in Treasury functions – maintain and manage bank accounts (open and close)
Assist in any adhoc projects or initiatives or implementation of new process for finance function
Assist in any adhoc finance tasks that may be assigned by SFM or AFM
