Established real estate client in King of Prussia is currently seeking an accounting professional with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. $55-70k . A hybrid work schedule is available. Real estate experience is preferred, but not required.

The Real Estate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for managing all payables and receivables transactions for the company. The coordinator will work closely with different departments to ensure that invoices are paid on time and all receivables are collected.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process invoices, obtain approval, and enter them into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.

  • Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare checks and wire transfers for payments.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and collections.

  • Create invoices and monitor accounts receivable balances.

  • Follow-up on overdue payments and work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.

  • Prepare monthly aging reports for management review.

General:

  • Prepare various reports and analysis for management as requested.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

  • Work closely with other department leads to ensure efficient and effective processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Knowledge of real estate operations is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.

  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
