Job description
We are hiring for an Accounts Payable Lead near Pewaukee, WI. This is a hands on producer role with mentoring and eventual promotion to AP Manager within the next year. You will be processing AP via three way matching and supporting a steady midwest business.
Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities:
- Process payables for multiple locations in multiple states
- Assist the AP Manager with supervising a staff of three AP Clerks
- Maintain good vendor relationships with timely and accurate payments
- Assist with reconciliations at month end close
- Provide reporting for the Controller when necessary
Requirements:
- Five or more years of accounts payable processing experience
- Previous leadership experience is desired, but not required
- Professional, well-spoken, and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in multiple systems
