Reports to: General Manager – Operations

Job Summary
Admin Assistant reports to General Manager – Operations
Responsibilities
  • Preparing Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO).
  • Arranging courier for Inspection Reports.
  • Assist Operations department in Navarik submission.
  • Maintaining database for job orders.
  • Administrative functions such as data entry, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘N’ level.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of admin experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Word & Excel).
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Attention to detail and discreet in handling business data.
  • Candidates with immediate availability are preferred.
