Role Summary/Purpose

Suntar is a separation and filtration specialist listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Singapore office is looking for a Human Resources assistant to join our company and be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions.

Responsibilities

· Assist in full spectrum of recruitment cycle and on-boarding

· Handle administrative matters pertaining to staff employment, promotion, and resignation

· Brain storm and organise welfare and benefit activities

· Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

· Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

· Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

· Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff

· Assist in project management, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

· Perform administrative functions and other tasks assigned by leaders

Qualifications/ Requirements

· Polytechnic graduate or above in Human Resources Management, Business and other related majors

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.

· Familiar with the Singapore labour laws and legislation

· Strong planning/analytical skills, detail-oriented and high sensitivity to timeline

· Stellar written and oral communication skills

· Responsible, independent and proactive individual yet able to work well in a team

· Fluency in Mandarin and English
