Job Description

• Conduct mystery audit, telephone survey, face-to-face survey,
• Data cleaning and coding
• Report writing – simple report writing of store level reports
• Transcribing
• Preparation of charts and graphs for presentation slides and reports
• Data verification (vetting) – Review completed questionnaires to ensure that the responses matches the questions
• Programming database templates (designing SPSS data templates)
• Others – Observe training of fieldwork staff, attend presentation of findings to clients.
• Administrative duties – Printing of hardcopy questionnaires, preparing hardcopy reports for clients, filing of completed questionnaires returned from fieldwork staff
