Job description
  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing PO for supplier and liaise with all suppliers related matter.
  • Support management related administrative work such as preparing memo, claims and etc.
    • Responsible for checking of recall campaign for customer's vehicle
    • Parts ordering via Purchase Requisition and coordination when parts arrive
    • Making quotations to customers for service jobs
    • Opening Purchase Order
    • Preparing invoices after job completion
    • Pickup and delivery arrangement
    • Monitor and track the Parts-Arrived-But-Outstanding-Jobs
  • Stand-in at front desk during the absence of the front desk officer.
  • Stand-in as a customer support administrator (CSA) during the absence of the CSA.
  • Stand-in at call centre desk during absence of call centre staff.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
