- Keep record of movement of keys daily
- Typing, Filing and Printing
- Issue car discs/facility passes
- Record complaints and re-direct to the attention of Condominium Manager
- Purchase stamps/stationeries/refreshments as required.
- Maintaining leave records for site office staff
