Essential Job Functions

  • Answer telephone, greet visitors, and accept deliveries.
  • Perform secretarial tasks of confidential nature, including updating report information, producing letters and emails, and makes photocopies.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files and records.
  • Manage customer service and inspection requests, as well as customer concerns and complaints.
  • Manage vendor orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Assist in AP/AR functions.
  • Schedule service calls and inspections, in conjunction with management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Strong eye for detail and follow through. Accountability is key.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; written and verbal.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent work ethic, willing to train while on the job.
  • Strong data entry skills with experience in email correspondence.
  • Meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of technology (i.e. computers, word processing, database spreadsheet programs)
  • Accomplish work responsibilities with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
