About the Position
A Transcript Coordinator processes and formats audio (Voice) and data (Transcript or exhibits). Once the files are imported into the proprietary software system, it is formatted by following specific steps and guidelines. Content is also verified for accuracy during the formatting process. Files are then exported to create a comprehensive and professionally formatted document (Transcript, E-file or audio CD) for our legal clients.
- A great fit for this position would be someone who is skilled with processing files/forms and using a robust data entry program. Having prior experience communicating with professional clients by phone is also very ideal.

- Live within 20 miles of downtown Portland

All formal education must be completed.
