Allied Stone is the largest importer and fabricator of natural stone countertops in Texas, and we have an immediate need for a Administrative Assistant- Warehouse located in the Lubbock,TX area. The position is primarily responsible for liaising between multiple departments to communicate logistical needs across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate Shipments Between Branches
Track Shipping Schedules and communicate updates to appropriate parties.
Verify that paperwork matches with SPS.
Perform inspections on various items upon receipt.
Daily handover of jobs to other departments.
Requirement:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Attention to Detail Required
Organizational skills
Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional Communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
