Join Community Home Health Care as an After Hours Coordinator, where you will help to ensure our patients receive quality care through effective communication and administrative tasks. This is a remote, part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming phone calls.
• Make all schedule changes and updates as necessary to ensure proper coverage for all clients/paitents.
• Notify patient and vendor of any change in service in a timely manner.
• Document all missed visits with the appropriate reason.
• Report all incidents and changes in patient status to the appropriate person.
• Report all questions or concerns after hours to supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level computer skills
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-orientated and organized
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must live within driving distance to Suffern, NY (In person interview Required)
• Available for remote training Sunday-Thursday from 6:30am-8:30am

After Hours Coordination:

There are several different shifts within each day between 6:30am-10:30pm.

• Fridays: 1:00 p – 10:30p
• Saturdays & Sundays: 6:30 a – 10:30 p (Multiple Shifts)
• Many Jewish & Legal holidays: 6:30 a – 10:30 p (Multiple Shifts)

*Must be available for remote training Sunday-Thursday from 6:30am-8:30am.
