Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Analyst role is responsible for processing various of month-end close reports, accurately relay and track deliverables across various supported agencies/teams, and any other adhoc reporting as needed. The Analyst should have a strong understanding of the general accounting principles, be self-motivated, and have strong intra-departmental communication skills.

Main responsibilities

• 
  Day-to-day support on tasks for the FP&A Manager, Director, and CFO
• Autonomously manage monthly and recurrent FP&A deliverables and oversees tasks workload in coordination with the FP&A Manager
• Support in the monthly consolidations reports and decks for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including revenue reporting and agencies profitability
• Communicate weekly/monthly financial reporting asks between support agencies and ensure their submission.
• Analyze Business Development data though Salesforce including pitches and prospecting financial information, to ensure consistency in forecasting and budgeting
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze recurrent requests on the PDX Perimeter
• Variance analysis of Actuals vs Budgeted, forecasting for all P&L line items and Headcount
• Collaborate with Group Corporate Finance team and support the FP&A manger on any other adhoc projects as needed

• Operational Expense Presentation (PPT + Consolidation)

Experience and Technical skills

• 
  Approx. 1-3 years’ work experience in work related experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and/or Audit. Advertising Experience preferred.
• Fast learner and establish priorities, to maximize efficiency and collaborate with management to meet deadlines
• Ability to take a proactive approach identifying and solving problems
• Ability to establish positive collaboration with the PDX Finance Directors, & US FP&A team
• Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and attention to details
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Sense of urgency and ownership
• Strong Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint (charts, transitions, etc.) proficiency. VBA is a plus.
• HFM (Hyperion) experience is preferred
• SalesForce experience is preferred

Compensation Range: $52,500-$83,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
