About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Head Settlement Operations in Singapore, successful candidate will be responsible for handling assigned remittance and settlement activities pertaining but not limited to Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), Cargo Accounting Settlement System (CASS), IATA Easy Pay (IEP), IATA Currency Clearing system (ICCS), IATA Clearing House (ICH) and Enhancement and Financing Services (E&FS).

What your day would be like

Furthermore, successful candidate will be expected to carry out the following:

• Ensure settlement files are accurate and follows global SOP;
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with SOP and relevant Resolutions;
• Liaise closely with Country offices, clearing banks, IEP service providers, relevant internal stake holders within and outside GDC structure and to ensure settlement activities are performed accurately and in a timely manner;
• Be KPI/target oriented and have an international mindset;
• Be a team player;
• Able to work in shift and in different time zones and under pressure;
• Provide additional support as required by Head Settlement Operations;

We would love to hear from you if

• You have a University degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related fields;
• Though having 1 year of working experience is desirable, fresh graduates with flare for numbers are welcome to apply;
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional regional language(s) will be an asset;
• Must be versatile in using computers and have advanced skill set in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word;
• Have a customer centric mind-set
