Job title: Asset Management

Location: Tulsa, OK ZIP-74117 (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Client is looking for someone experience in End User Asset Life Cycle Management and strong asset management experience.

Detailed JD:

End User Asset Life Cycle Management Roles and Responsibilities

● Posting of updates in At Your Service (ServiceNow) and research/updates utilizing Slack automation

● Processing of Labels, Boxes, and packing material both incoming and outgoing

● Power on and testing/diagnostics of equipment

● Troubleshooting of failed operations

● Research and coordination of shipments with Clientshipper

● Inventory of equipment and accessories

● Intake/return to stock for all returned equipment

● Cleaning of devices cleared for redeployment

● Basic repair of devices as needed

● Bricking and Imaging of devices for deployment or stock

● Coordination of warranty repairs with OEM

● Serialing, Submitting, Palletizing and wrapping of ADR equipment in preparation for return to Verizon

recovery vendor

● Storage, retrieval, and inventory of hardware stored in Client warehouse space

● Legal hold collections

● Processing of non-computer equipment mistakenly shipped with computers for recovery by Verizon

(Phones, retail equipment, Tablets, Security badges, office keys Secure ID tokens etc.)

● Delivery of all shipments to Client mailroom or handed off to appropriate approved Verizon shipper

before daily cut off for outbound shipments

● Collection of all shipments from Clientmailroom or appropriate approved Verizon shipper on a daily

basis

Vendor will deliver the following deliverables (“Deliverables”).

Fulfillment tasks

Whole unit exchange - Processed within 24 hours on average with 90% SLA attainment

New Hire - Shipped to arrive by requested start date where the date is at least 48 hours out

Reclamation tasks

Incoming returns - returned to stock within 48 hours of receipt at Client location

Legal Hold collections - successfully processed within 96 hours of receipt

Asset Disposal Request - submitted monthly

Inventory tasks

Warranty Repairs - submitted monthly

Inventory count and reporting - on demand

Incoming stock - accounted for, reported, and stored

Ensuring organization of workspace
