In this role, you will: - Drive the system, platform development and experience in digital front to create a unique ActiveSG experience for the community that we serve. - Grow and build capabilities of the ActiveSG data analytics team to bring valuable data point for decision and strategy making process. - Drive the review of MMS user policy, user access management, inventory stock take of all equipment deployed in Sport Centre and governance related policy and processes - Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders on system management and administration to ensure that process and policies are review on periodic basis, system is efficiently managed and change request on system are delivered on time with no compromise to operations. - Develop, implement and enhance on the existing MMS platform that is user centric and provide a unique Digital experience catering to needs of all segment group - Lead in development of a framework for different MMS users access to the system ensure that data governance is adhere to - Lead and drive system enhancement back by data as the team formulate and recommend the list of projects to be delivered to create a customer experience that is unique and pleasant - Drive data analytics for ActiveSG business strategies formulation, facilitate operation efficacy and SportSG key organisational efforts in establishing evidence-based policy and master planning - Lead and develop the MMS office and & Analytics team by putting in place learning and capability development plan to allow the team in covering different aspects of member engagement and data analytics in order for them to multitask in their roles, contribute toward the strategic growth of the Group and take on a bigger portfolio subsequently

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; - Degree in IT/Business/Commerce - At least 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience in managing and working with vendors and/or users of which 5 years are in supervisory position. - Experience in system development, business management, project management, customer experience design, data analytics trained will be advantageous. - Budgetary and financial management skills - Good to have UI & UX experience on app/web interface, data analytics skills - Familiar with IT governance for review of policies, processes and access control - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Good project management skills with an eye for details - Excellent team player - Able to multi-task and work under pressure The level of offer will commensurate with applicant’s experience and track records. Successful candidate will be offered a 3-year contract.
