What the role is
Assistant Manager (Centre for Character & Leadership Education)
What you will be working on
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and facilitate outdoor adventure learning as well as student leadership programmes across TP; this would include but not limited to the following: - leading overseas adventure trips, expeditions and/or community service projects - Evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of programmes and activities - Suggesting and initiating improvements to the programmes - Supporting and maintenance of student database • Coordinate and liaise with external partners, vendors and government organisations on student leadership programmes. • Support and coordinate character and leadership subjects across TP. • Facilitate and manage CCA groups and sports teams, and be the liaison between students, coaches, and other key partners and stakeholders. • Able to work beyond office hours when required.
What we are looking for
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in leadership development and/or organizing leadership programmes. • Physically fit to lead outdoor adventure activities. Prior experience in adventure learning would be an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication (written and spoken) skills. • A team player who is resourceful and analytical with strong administrative and event management skills. • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
