JOB SCOPE
- Handle upcoming product launches for Life Products sector and discount campaigns
- Provide user requirements on behalf of Life Operations Team and ensure the requirements are communicated to the developers for system built.
- Perform system UAT testing based on test script and ensure that testing results meet desired expectation for product launch
- Work with IT and other stakeholder on the testing development and update the progress of testing
- Report any bugs/defects to development team for resolution and discussion
- Document testing logs, defects and results from the testing
- Assist on recovery support whenever assigned by supervisors
- Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors
