We are a General Contractor that has steadily grown throughout the years and we have a specific focus in building new multi-family properties, with a large pipeline of upcoming deals. We are looking to bring on an experienced Assistant Project Manager to to our team in West Palm Beach. We need someone to help construct some market-rate, garden-style, Multi-family projects so if this sounds like the role for you, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing
- Garden-Style, mid-rise projects
- Scheduling, Staffing
- MEP, Slab, Finishes etc.
- Guide projects from moment of award through pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with building owners
- Budget for labor and material
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- 2+ years Ground Up PM exp
