RHI Roofing is looking to train a qualified individual in an entry level position to Project Management. As an Assistant Project Manager you will learn and be responsible for the following tasks.....

-Assist with new job set up and permitting.

-Input Budgets and Purchase orders into company wide software.

-Pre job site visits and Photograph / Document current conditions.

-Help schedule and coordinate material deliverers and stock jobs.

-Communicate with customers and attend site meetings.

-Inspect the roof for quality and details.

-Help schedule and coordinate city and manufacture inspections.

-Create customer update files and track all change orders.

-Assist with punch list coordination.

Future growth: This is an entry level position and the future for growth is present. Learning how to effectively set up and manage jobs from inception to completion.

Hours: 6AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in construction setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited construction related curriculum or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of equivalent work experience
• Driver license.
• Ability to safely set up and climb ladders. Lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to use measuring instruments (Tape measure, Wheel, a Rulers, and Computer take off software)
• Attention to detail
• Multi-task & be flexible with assignments.
• Must have reliable transportaion to the office.
• High level of proficiency with software used in the construction industry utilized for accounting, scheduling, project management and correspondence
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
