Coaches sales associate to meet their weekly/monthly target.

Qualifications:

• College degree (preferred).

• Previous management, marketing, & sales experience within a service or retail industry (required).

• Possess the ability to identify & solve problems, set goals & expectations, delegate responsibilities, & effectively interact with & lead staff.

• Exhibit proficiency in establishing membership & retail sales goals & interpreting progress & trends in sales reports.

• Be aware of & comply with all labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the franchised location.

• Possess excellent leadership & influence skills & the ability to motivate & inspire staff & develop a strong team culture.

• Maintain client confidentiality.
