Job description
The Assistant Swim Coach will support the Head Swim Coach to ensure that the Chevy Chase Club swim program produces the highest attainable levels of competitive excellence in individual and team performance while fostering a fun, safe and positive environment. It is expected that the Assistant Swim Coach will create positive relationships, mentor as appropriate and communicate well with swim team members and swim team parents. The Assistant Swim Coach must develop the skills and talents of team members while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and personal development. The Assistant Swim Coach will as work as a swim professional, teaching lessons as requested by members.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior swim experience preferred.
