- To support the implementation of systems, tools and frameworks to enhance Training and Learning (T&L) effectiveness. - To implement initiatives for the continuous development of Adjunct Trainers’ competencies in alignment with the standards of the Home Team Training Competency Development Roadmap scheme. - To implement initiatives for training transformation efforts towards learner-centred T&L pedagogies and curriculum development. - To implement program evaluation tools and methods developed for in-house training programs. - To implement Risk Assessment and Safety policies and processes for in-house training programs. - To implement Safety audit plans for in-house training programs. - To perform ad-hoc tasks/assignments relating to training work.

- Diploma, preferably related to Training and Learning or equivalent would be preferred. - Relevant experience in Training and Learning units or education units would be preferred. - Experienced in Risk Management, Audit and Compliance. - Has interest in Curriculum development and Adult Learning theories. - Familiar with the use of technological applications such as Microsoft Office. - Able to work independently and in teams. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented. - Positive attitude towards learning. - Singapore citizen.
