Job description
Aufgaben
- Lead, manage, motivate, develop and upgrade skill knowledge of the warehouse team
- Ensure operational KPI and the required standards are achieved through close supervision and guidance to the team
- Manage the warehouse operation to ensure warehousing, inventory control and distribution are efficient and well-run
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure required standards are achieve
- Manage data accuracy in WMS
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance issues
- Monitor warehouse productivity
- Promote and enforce safety and security policies and procedures; to ensure safety of employees and security of customer / company property
- Continuous Operations & Service Improvement and Excellence
Profil
- At least 3 years of relevent experience
- Minimum diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Demostrated leadership skills
- Proficient in WMS system
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
