Job Description
- Develop, coordinating, planning and review production activities
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
- Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines
- Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability
- Responsible for making purchases of raw materials and packaging materials needed for production to ensure a smooth operation
- Responsible to update and monitor the stock inventory of materials and finished goods
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
- Continuous improvement of production planning process and system
- Study and reduce process cycle time
- Help to support performing operations activities
- Stocktake, plan and coordinate
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of at least a Diploma
- Proficient in google chrome, SAP knowledge an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all staffs
- Organised, detailed and service-oriented
- No prior experience but willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changes will be consider
- Team player who can also work independently
