Our busy events team is seeking a banquet server ready to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to our special event guests. We need someone courteous and attentive to welcome guests, serve meals and drinks, clear plates and utensils, and meet any special orders or needs that our guests may have. You will be working closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff so we need a server with a team-first attitude. This is an on-call role.

• Refill the guests' glasses as necessary or requested with coffee, water, or other drinks
• Remove plates, replacing utensils, and keeping an eye out for spills or any special needs from guests
• Provide excellent service to all guests from start to finish of special events
• Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests
• Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards

• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills

• This role requires you to pass alcohol awareness training and sanitation training for food service safety
• This position requires you to work a varied schedule which includes working days, nights, and weekends
