Job description

Bartender:
- Greet customers and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collect payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Upsell drinks and offer menu recommendations

Server:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders
- Answer customers’ questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean up dishes and utensils
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and provide accurate change
- Upsell menu items and offer dessert or drink recommendations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
