Do you have a burning passion for BBQ that can't be tamed? Are you a true meat smoking prodigy with a knack for making the juiciest, most flavorful cuts of meat? If so, we want YOU to join our team.

We're a BBQ restaurant looking for a talented Pitmaster to take our menu to the next level. As BBQ ACE, you'll be responsible for the low and slow smoking of all our meats, including ribs, brisket, turkey, and pork. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new rubs, sauces, and smoking techniques, and to help build the next Chipotle of BBQ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the smoking process from start to finish
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food to customers
• Create and test new recipes and smoking techniques
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the smoker and surrounding areas
• Ensure that all food is cooked to perfection and meets our high-quality standards
• Work with the front-of-house staff to answer customer questions and provide a high level of service

Qualifications:

• Passion for BBQ and smoking meats
• ZERO years of experience smoking meat in a professional kitchen
• Understanding of different types of wood, rubs, and sauces
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
