Now hiring for part-time BCBA

IMMEDIATE openings in BROCKTON, WALPOLE, and HYDE PARK- up to 10 hours per week

Abilities ABA Services, is currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to work part-time with our clients in the Greater Boston and South Shore area.

Abilities ABA Services is a small ABA company that focuses on helping our clients and their families reach their full potential both in the home and in their community.

Our BCBAs engage in the following responsibilties:

• Overseeing all components of clients' programing, which may include initial assessment, writing treatment plan, and reassessments and reauthorizations as required by insurance
• Train and supervise Behavior Therapists
• Monitor data and modify programs as needed
• Serve as the main point of contact for each family, communicating with care givers, daily/weekly updates, progress, concerns
• Provide weekly care giver training
• Collaborate with other Abilities BCBAs and directors
• Provide school consultation if appropriate

Qualifications

• Master’sdegree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required
• BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
• One (1) plus years of BCBA experience preferred
• Two (2) references from a professional or academic supervisor
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to clients’ homes on the South Shore
• Must be able to provide current driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Must be available to work weekday afternoon and nighttime shifts. Weekend appointments will be available to interested applicants
• Employment is subject to a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days (4 hours total) per week, with opportunities up to 7 days

Education:

• Master's (Required)

Experience:

• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BCBA (Required)
• LABA (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
