Temco Logistics – where we have PRIDE in everything we do! We are THE Fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the country and are seeking a well-versed Customer Service Rep to add to our Pomona Team.

We are urgently seeking to hire two (2) Talented Customer Service oriented employee to join our POMONA Location. Our CSR's act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our CSR's are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 10am-6:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

(PLEASE KNOW TRAINING PERIOD WILL BE TUESDAY-SATURDAY, 7AM-3:30PM)

Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering heavy incoming calls and respond to customer’s concerns/questions.
• Identify and de-escalate issues to Department Manager
• Provide information and service information to customers.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document/Data entry all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer calls.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
