We currently have an opening for an experienced and ambitious Bookkeeper to join our team of Property Management professionals at our Clearwater Creek apartment community in Elmwood. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or accounting.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Collect and process rental payments; ensure balances are collected; and balance the rent roll
• Data entry of information such as deposits, forfeitures, and rental payments
• File evictions according to company policy
• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Provide excellent customer service to our existing residents

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Previous property management experience desired
• Accounts Receivables background is helpful
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service
• Ability to tour and lease apartments to prospective residents
