And the JeweLuxe® concept in Singapore (www.jeweluxesingapore.com) – a curatorial exhibition of jewellery, timepiece and other sophisticated living propositions, in October 2017. Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the 10-day flagship exhibition saw over 13,000 in traffic. JeweLuxe converges both offline and online with our always on concierge driven ecommerce marketplace (www.jeweluxeworld.com)
We are recruiting for the purpose of our retail gallery JeweLuxe Gallery at Scotts Square.

You are responsible for:

• Gallery daily opening at 11AM, ensuring display and cleaning prior to opening
• Driving sales and follow up with clients on a day to day basis with great self motivation and independence
• Gallery closing with final merchandise checking and reporting to ensure amount stock tally
• Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic and experiential appeal of the Gallery
• Planning and developing product display with JeweLuxe curators
• Managing precious safety and accuracy of stock transfer and tally
• Managing customers’ queries within 24 hours to ensure professional customer service experience and sales conversion
• Administrative duties including retail invoice preparation, point-of-sales processes and stock reconciliation
• Control of merchandise and packaging materials at the Gallery
• Liaison with brand owners and/or their appointed handlers on merchandise list, delivery, quality and quantity checking, daily reporting and packing for return.
• Liaison with suppliers to ensure maintenance of Gallery in proper condition and also to achieve the aesthetics and experiences as approved by the Management
• Managing and ensuring safety and good condition of merchandise sent to external suppliers for repair or modification
• Proposing pricing for new products for the Company management approval
• Handle logistic permit renewal and returned of merchandise to brand owners
• Any other ad hoc duties assign by the Company management
