Responsibilities & Duties:

This role reports to Operations Manager/Group Manager and is responsible to achieve outlet KPI and outlet management.

• Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet KPIs
• Achieve targeted KPIs in:-
  • Total Sales per Month

  • Success Rate %

  • Customer $ per Total Sales

  • Customer $ per New Sales

  • Recurring Sales $
• Evaluate progress against KPI, identify and implement the solutions
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet paper works, etc
• Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts)
• Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
• Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• 3 years relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation
• Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment
