Pacific Power Group is hiring a Branch Operations Manager for our Ridgefield, WA Power Generation division.
As the Branch Operations Manager you are responsible for leading and managing the Ridgefield Power Generation Service and Parts operation.

Salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 annually, based on skills and experience
Primary (Essential) Duties:
- Lead, coach and mentor service, parts, warehouse and admin teams ensuring a high degree of performance and employee engagement is evident throughout the branch.
- Contribute to financial planning activities and reviews ensuring that the Ridgefield branch meets or exceeds established profitability metrics, adjusting resources as necessary for optimum financial gain.
- Drive customer loyalty and ensure the highest degree of customer service within the AOR.
- Working with the Director of Service ensure that the Ridgefield branch retains a Best-in-Class, highly trained, engaged and motivated group of service technicians and that they have the tools, training, licensing and equipment needed to achieve the company objectives of safe, efficient, and profitable service operations.
- Align with Area Service Sales Representative to support Pacific Power Group service sales initiatives ensuring that stated sales revenue and margins are achieved.
- Oversee the parts, quoting, warehouse and inventory operations in alignment with division goals and objectives.
- Oversee the customer service administrative functions ensuring that the customer facing team has the required tools, training and process requirements in place to provide an exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all company owned assets assigned to service, including but not limited to service vehicles, load banks and cables, trailers and miscellaneous shop equipment.
- Foster exceptional relationships with factory partners, customers and internal customers/partners, engaging additional resources (local or corporate management) when necessary.
- Relentlessly drive process improvement throughout the branch, continuously Improving existing operational practices and innovating where lacking in order to achieve division standard of providing customers with the highest service experience at the lowest cost, reducing waste and driving down cost where applicable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Business management and leadership skills.
- Organized, Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.
- Able to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to develop, mentor and guide staff.
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
- Ability to solve practical problems and ability to read/interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format.
- General office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, and general knowledge of a 10-key calculator.
Experience/Education Requirements:
University, Community College or Trade Schools Degree preferred but waived with equivalent experience and demonstrated pattern leadership success and business acumen.
Progressive leadership experience for a period of not less than 8 years with some degree of direct oversight for internal and external branch personnel.
Operations experience related to power generation, heavy equipment, parts, field service or automotive or some combination thereof is required.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
- Traditional work schedule to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
