Primary Functions-
In this high-profile position, the Brand Coordinator will interact with personnel from the various operational divisions and the public, including business clients, professional organizations, and vendors. Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks. Can make standard recommendations, be a self-starter who takes the initiative, works independently and collaboratively, and is successful at problem-solving. Additionally, this individual will be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage projects, and be flexible. This person will also coordinate and provide administrative support to the department associates.
Bilingual candidates are preferred with excellent command of the English language and must have exceptional business writing skills. Expert skills when it comes to utilizing the Microsoft suite of services; with superior skills using Excel and PowerPoint
Essential Functions -
- Perform administrative duties as required by Director of Brand Strategy and others in the department.
- Functions as an inter-departmental liaison with groups throughout Nemours to help educate these groups about brand standards.
- Serves as Administrator of the Brand Resource Center, Nemours online brand asset management platform.
- Oversees a portfolio of projects requiring application of our new brand identity including print and digital materials, signage, vehicles and other items.
- Serves as intake coordinator on a rotating basis to manage incoming requests for Marketing & Communications support from business units throughout the enterprise.
- Responsible for triaging requests and entering into our JIRA, our project management system.
- Provides coverage for the Brand Inbox, managing incoming emails on a daily basis.
- Maintains a creative media flow chart and provides assistance in trafficking creative assets.
- Provides project management support for Nemours store, our online portal for Nemours branded apparel and promotional items.
- Serves as conference support coordinator in planning and executing Nemours Children's brand presence at prioritized conferences.
- Occasionally analyzes data for special projects requiring data gathering, research, reporting results, trends, and other strategic priorities. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Non-Essential Functions-
- Oversee ordering process for promotional materials; negotiate non-profit prices.
- Assist with capital equipment purchases; research and obtain non-profit and educational discounts if applicable.
- Schedule and plan meetings and special events.
- Other clerical work such as emergency contact lists for staff, support IT ticketing and service as liaison with technical teams.
- This position requires some travel to Orlando and Delaware Valley.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of related experience
Experience working in a highly complex and matrixed corporate environment with a large regional or national footprint
