Building Maintenance and Repairs $18-$22 per hour

We are a large family owned McDonald's franchisee looking for building maintenance and repair person. We own restaurants restaurants from Boca to Ft Pierce and we are growing!

Building maintenance would include painting, tile, lighting, plumbing and light electrical work. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in building maintenance, along with repair experience. Were looking for someone who wants to make a commitment, not just get a job! Pay is based on ability and experience.

Must have a valid Drivers License and Car Insurance. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, twist, climb ladders, work with power tools and work in hot and cold conditions. Candidate has the ability to meet company quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards, along with a clean cut personal appearance for our guests. Must be able to communicate with restaurant managers, the maintenance team and supervisors both verbally, through text and Maintenance X. Can diagnose mechanical problems, and determine needed parts and repair. Takes initiative to solve problems for the customers. Is FLEXIBLE and willing to support our restaurant teams and make our guest experience even better!

The work schedule is normally 8-6, but can include evenings on occasion. The team works holidays and weekends on a rotating schedule.
