The Crew Member – Burger King position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and work as part of a team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and respond appropriately to customer issues
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices
• Prepares and packages food and drink products in an efficient, safe and clean manner
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for all areas including kitchen, dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds
• Follows all company and Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Prompt and regular attendance on all assigned shifts

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Basic understanding of or ability to learn food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly
• Must be able to work well as part of a team and interact productively with co-workers
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Ability to maintain personal cleanliness
