• Follows assigned on-grounds route to pick up and drop off guests in a company shuttle bus or tram.
• Maintains safety of guests while operating vehicles.
• Operates in a manner that follows state and local traffic laws.
• Ensures the company vehicles are clean and presentable.
• Conducts self in a professional and positive manner.
• Provides excellent customer service including acknowledging guests, answering questions, and providing basic information.
• Assists guests with belongings, luggage, wheelchairs, etc… as needed.
• May operate shuttle bus with an accessibility lift.
• Remains properly attired as outlined by department standards.
• Communicates with superiors and co-workers about the status of guest requests and assigned tasks.
• Observes guest confidentiality procedures.
• Reports all incidents and injuries to the appropriate supervisor.
• Informs supervisor of vehicle maintenance needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
