CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be located in Austin, TX

Minimum Requirements:

· 5 years of experience Deriving requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements documents.

· 5 years of System Analysis and Design experience (including mockups and/or wireframes).

· 5 years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.

· 5 years of Business Process Reengineering experience.

· 5 years of Development of user stories and use cases experience.

Preferred Requirements:

· 3 years of strong communication, writing, organization, and facilitation skills.

· 2 years of Business Process Development experience.

· 2 years of Experience with Azure DevOps or Modern Requirements.

· 1 year of Experience with Atlassian Jira.

· 1 year of Prior experience or familiarity with TEA applications and programs.

· 1 year of Prior employment at a Texas public school district.
